Strategy #1 - Look to stocks
whose potential has dropped from 1 to 2 as buy candidates as
they consolidate and turn up. Look in the Newly Rated 2's
LIST section for ideas.

Strategy #2 - Short newly
rated 4's that had been rated 3 or better. Look in the
Newly Rated 4's LIST section for ideas.

Strategy #3 - Buy strong
performance ratings with the potential rating strengthening to a
1 or 2 after having been 3 or worse. Look in the Newly
Rated 1's and Newly rated 2's LIST section for ideas.

Strategy #4 - Sell stocks
rated 4 or worse.

Strategy #5 - Not all stocks are alike! Be sure to
examine the stock's potential history, plotted across the screen
between the price and indicator clips, to determine how an issue
behaves in relation to our model.

Strategy #6 - Buy tags of the lower Bollinger Band® that
are not confirmed by negative money flow in stocks with strong
performance ratings.

Strategy #7 - Sell tags of the upper Bollinger Band for
stocks with declining ratings.
